Deleting a business from Repeat

Repeat is a food safety diary for UK food businesses, made by ConchX LTD. A business's owner can delete the business and everything Repeat keeps about it.

In the app

On the business's phone or tablet, the owner opens Account and taps Delete this business at the bottom, then types the code we send to the business email.

The business is deleted straight away: its records, staff, settings and photos, on the device and in our backup. If it pays through Google Play, the subscription is stopped so no more payments are taken.

If it pays through the App Store, only the owner can stop the subscription: on the iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Repeat.

Without the app

Email support@repeat-now.com from the business email, with the business's name or customer ID, and ask us to delete it. We'll check it's you and delete it within one month.

What we keep

The record that the business agreed to the Terms and Conditions, for 6 years, and Help and support messages, for 2 years after we answer, as our Privacy Policy says. Everything else is deleted.
