Repeat is a food safety diary for UK food businesses, made by ConchX LTD. It follows the Food Standards Agency's Safer Food, Better Business pack.

Ask us

Email support@repeat-now.com. Please tell us your business's name or customer ID (it's in the app, in Account). We answer on UK working days.

In the app, the owner or a manager can also send us a message: Account, then Help and support.

Your subscription

Each business pays £17.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, through Google Play or the App Store. Viewing the records on the owner's own phone is free.

To cancel: on Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next payment.

A new phone or tablet

Install Repeat on the new device and tap Sign in on the first page. Type the business email and the code we send to it, then tap the business and Move to this device. All its records come with it.
